I have known David and Britt for almost 9 years and have had numerous interaction and investments through his company. Dave is NOT your normal Realtor, they proud more that listings and property sales. My first meeting with Dave, he begged me not to buy the Townhouse I wanted to do my first Flip, I was wrong and he was right!
